Gubernatorial candidate Tom Emmer shows his support for S.A.F.E.R. He mentioned to Program Director Mario Cortolezzis that people in Minnesota should take a long look at S.A.F.E.R. and learn something from it, Goverment can't fix everything, people need to be pro-active also, and sometimes take matters into their own hands.
